In this article, I will be discussing about my sister who is the favorite chef in the family. I hope you will enjoy reading through.

INTRODUCTION

No doubt, every family usually have that one person who is so good and skilled in the kitchen. I call them the gifted hands. When they cook, they do so with expertise and professionalism, reason why they are always called chef. A chef is someone who is a professional when it comes to cooking, such person can cook varieties of different foods both local and continental. I believe we all have that special person in our family, who could either be the mother or the sister, or even the father. In my family, my sister is my favorite chef to me. I will be discussing this in details in the next section.

MY SISTER MY FAVORITE CHEF

My sister is a good cook and and an amazing chef no doubt, I always love it when she cooks because her dishes always tastes quite good. The way she does her cooking is just so different and unique. She prepares her meals carefully ensuring there is no mistake. Some of the foods she normally cook that I like particularly includes : Jellof Rice, Fried Rice, Egusi soup, Porridge and some others. In this article, I will be showing us a particular recipe that was prepared by her recently.

HER COOKING RECIPE FOR PREPARING JELLOF RICE

Okay guys, let me show you how she does her cooking of Jellof Rice using the recipe I will be I will be highlighting below

Bawa, Onions, Chilli

Beef, Liver, Chicken, Ginger, Garlic powder and Seasoning

Boiled Meat and It's water

Other ingredients she uses includes : Maggi, salt, groundnut oil and Thyme. From the receipts above, you can easily have an idea of how she prepares her Jellof Rice. She makes sure she fries her tomato well to remove the sour taste and also she uses the tomato paste that has pepper included in it already. She then adds all the necessary ingredients and seasoning like onions, ginger, garlic, salt, maggi, thyme and curry, then she also adds the boiled meat water to add more taste to it. She will then thereafter parboil the rice first before adding it to the tomato stew. Then it will be left to boil for sometime.

The picture above is the end product of the recipe. It tasted good and yummy. I really wish you can have a taste of this Jellof Rice.

CONCLUSION

Cooking is always fun when you are good at it. Apart from knowing how to cook for yourself and your family, this skill can open up job opportunities for you as a chef. Some companies especially hotels are always in need of chefs so I think this skill is something I will encourage everyone to get. I love my family and particular I admire my sister cooking skill. I always love to learn from her because I would love to also know how to cook and assist my future wife in the kitchen. I hope you enjoyed reading this article.
