Good evening everyone and how was our day. I am first time poster and I will like to share how I prepare this delicacy for my dinner.
Tonight I just feel like taking something light so I am preparing pancake combined with fruits and beverage.
Firstly, I will start by listing out the ingredients for the pancake.
Corn flour 1cup
Sugar 2 table spoon
Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon
Grounded pepper 1 tea spoon
Water
Salt a pinch of salt
Egg just 1 and
Vegetable oil 1cup.
NOW TO THE KITCHEN
Preparations

  1. Pour the flour into a neat bowl, add sugar, baking powder and the dry grounded pepper together and mix.
  2. Add egg that has been cracked and add Water to it gently to avoid having slumps in it you can use spoon. Just make it a little bit watery for it not to be hard while eating it.
  3. Put a neat frying pan on fif the gas cooker you are using.
  4. Portion the mixed flour into it.

HEALTH BENEFITS.
This delicacy contain all the six classes of food which are:- protein (egg), carbohydrates( flour), vitamins (orange), fat and oil (vegetables oil), salt, and water. we can also call it balance diet.
