Good evening everyone and how was our day. I am first time poster and I will like to share how I prepare this delicacy for my dinner.
Tonight I just feel like taking something light so I am preparing pancake combined with fruits and beverage.
Firstly, I will start by listing out the ingredients for the pancake.
Corn flour 1cup
Sugar 2 table spoon
Baking powder 1/2 tea spoon
Grounded pepper 1 tea spoon
Water
Salt a pinch of salt
Egg just 1 and
Vegetable oil 1cup.
NOW TO THE KITCHEN
Preparations
- Pour the flour into a neat bowl, add sugar, baking powder and the dry grounded pepper together and mix.
- Add egg that has been cracked and add Water to it gently to avoid having slumps in it you can use spoon. Just make it a little bit watery for it not to be hard while eating it.
- Put a neat frying pan on fif the gas cooker you are using.
- Portion the mixed flour into it.

This delicacy contain all the six classes of food which are:- protein (egg), carbohydrates( flour), vitamins (orange), fat and oil (vegetables oil), salt, and water. we can also call it balance diet.
