I decided to make proper food, which can be simple but take a little more time.
Ingredients:
Pasta - I buy 3 types with flavor - wheat, spinach, tomato. Around 85 grams is enough for 1 portion.
Tofu - white 50 grams
Broccoli - 3 parts
Red beans - 50 grams
Butter - a little
- Firstly prepare red beans, put red beans to water during night. Then next day boil for 3 hours.
- Boil broccoli for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Prepare tofu on pancake. Cut several slices and roast 1 - 3 minutes.
- Prepare pasta. Put pasta to boiling water and wait 10 - 20 minutes.
- Mixed everything together with a little butter.
Food is simple but take a little more time to prepare. Can be stored several days.
