Hello Steemfoods buddies, it's me again @gilferin79 from the Philippines. I would like to share you my Food Diary for today.
Morning
Today is Saturday and I have no work. As usual if I have no work, I woke up late in the morning. I woke up at 7:30 am and because I got lazy preparing for my breakfast, I just cooked ham and paired it with my bread. Coffee as my morning hot drink, this keep my day alive. Cheers!!! to Coffee drinkers out there. Mornings or breakfast will not be complete without coffee.
LUNCH
For my lunch, I just prepared a simple vegetable dish. Eggplants is one of my favorite vegetable, no matter what way it will be cooked. For my lunch I just fried the Eggplants and paired it with green tomatoes. I used soysauce with calamansi for my dipping sauce.
Simple preparation is just slice and fry.
DINNER
For my dinner, I prepared mix vegetable soup. Mix vegetables from squash, chayote, pechay and string beans I added some pork meat to add flavors on the vegetable. A delicious and healthy meal for the night.
