Food tourism is entertainment which is underestimated. And it's sad. Not only do you lose a huge part of a culture of a place you visit but also you don't contribute to the local catering, little shops and entrepreneurs. It's not sustainable travelling IMO. I do get though not many people care about it and about the food they get. But that's not about me.
