Some local dishes we serve guest here at Mgahinga lodge in Uganda

This is a strawberry 🍓 from our garden.

These are two different dishes, and are served as Main- courses;
To the left is Feta,papaya salad 🥗 but is mixed with some melon slices. To the right is Balsamic beef 🍖 salad

On desserts, these are roasted sweet bananas 🍌 with chocolate syrup aside and served on a circular wooden plate.

While others are platting the meals, I'm aside seriously doing this baking of the cap cakes. These cakes are usually packed with other accompaniments as packed snacks for clients going for activities like gorilla tracking,hiking Volcanoes here or golden monkey 🐵🐒 tracking.
