Hi everyone how wad your weekend, trust you cooked rice and stew, I can perceive the aroma everywhere, SteemFoods community is a community of Different food every day, we learn everyday new way of Preparing food and we enjoy varieties of food and drink here, well today is Sunday and it is very tight on my side but I made it possible to participate on the diaryfood game.I am going to share with you how I enjoyed my day with food today 25/11/2021.

Ingredients	for the diary
Potatoes	plantain
Garri	afang
Waterleaf	stockfish
Fish	crayfish
Salt	palm oil
Maggie	fresh tomatoes
Fresh pepper	onions
Periwinkle	sentleaf

These are the ingredients I used for today diaryfood game and it was really awesome.do let me start with breakfast, I prepared enough source so that it will take everyone in the house, I cooked sweet potatoes for breakfast which I used the source.

In the afternoon I cooked plantain and ate it with the Prepared source,.I also Prepared zobo drink with pineapple and pawpaw, it was.so delicious and enjoying, zobo leaf act as a coolant to the body and it fight against disease in the body.

In the evening my daughter prepared afang suop and Garri for the family and we ate the I drank a cup of the zobo drink , that is how my day went today with foood.
In conclusion, food is life because it gives energy and strength and it helps us to be strong, let us.continue to cook quality food with SteemFoods Community.
