Introduction

Hello my fellow food lovers from different countries 1 am @ijelady, I want to share with you my food diary , today I prepared 3 diffrent delicious meal which I am going to share with you, my breakfast, lunch and dinner,all the meal I prepared are Rich in vitamin, calcium, carbohydrate etc

My delicious breakfast

I prepared Noodle ,egg and plantain, I fried the plantain and also fried the egg, see the pictures below.

I enjoyed the meal and Prepare for SteemAlive raodshow.

In Nigeria we can't do without swallow and I love taking it day time while working so that the digestive system will work on it and give you the needed strength to accomplish your work,so I prepared afag soup and garri as my lunch.

DINNER AND NIGHT MEAL

As i came back in the evening I ate fruits, pawpaw, water melon and garden egg, it so refreshing and enjoying, all members of my family enjoyed it too, then I prepared fried plantains and jellof rice for the family and ate too.

It was indeed a great day of enjoyment with Steemit Promotion and SteemFoods and my family are

Conclusion
