I am good and happy how about you all? This is my second diary in steemit food I hope you will like my diary.
Morning ๐๐
The start of day was as usual I get up around 5:am and then offer prayer ๐คฒ and recitation of Holy Quran.Then I usually prefer to do morning walk for sometime my routine is very hectic that's why I started morning walk so that I feel more energetic and active.I have to stand all the day so I just do walk.
MY sister make my breakfast ๐ณ๐ณ I am on dieting so my sister make chappati not paratha any more with chicken grilled and egg.I will say all the girls do good breakfast ๐ณ early.Dont skip it.
Noon
I feel somehow dizzy ๐ฅด we just eat rice,rice and rice although too much rice not good for health but I love to eat with salad ๐๐ ๐ฟ and fiber intake cucumber ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ.
Now a days I skip tea usually I drink tea 5 time a day.But now due to my routine I don't get time.
Afternoon and Dinner
At my snack time I just love tea โโ This is I trying to take selfie.
My dinner is still pending I am waiting for my sister to come and then we will do dinner together.
