I love ice cream 😍. And in the summer season, whenever I want, I make ice cream at home.So, Thank you so much For this Contest.

Let's have a look guys.Today I'm sharing Very Easy 'Mango Ice Cream Recipe' in very short time.

I made a video on this mango ice cream recipe.so, You can check the video of this recipe bellow this post. I think it will be helpful for you all ☺️.

Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients:-

1.Ripe Mangoes- 4pc
2.Milk- 1 & 1/2cup
3.Bakerswhip Whipping cream Powder - 1cup
4.Suger
5.Milk Powder- 5tbsp
6.Mango small cubes - 1cup
7.Tutti Frutti

How to make This Ice Cream

1.

Take 4pc Sweet ripe mangoes . Then peel them.

2.

Now tranfer the chopped mangoes in a mixture jar and add 2tbsp of suger and then the blend it. Make smooth pulp.

Then add 1/2cup of milk .again blend it.

Now take a bowl. We need whipping cream .you can use any whipping cream or cream powder. Here I have Bakerswhip whipping cream powder. And I'm going to Whip it .

So, add 1cup of whipping cream powder and then add 1cup of milk gradually. And start whipping . I use the Hand blender machine .

Whip till you get stiff peaks on medium high to high speed

The whipping cream is Ready to use.

Now add the smooth pulp in this cream.again mix it.

Add 5tbsp of milk powder and again mix it.

Add 1cup ripe mango chopped/ small cubes of mango. And tutti Frutti for better taste.mix properly and the ice cream batter is ready .

Take a air tight container and pour the whole batter .
Now I have extra pulp . So I'm going to decorate the upper portion . And with some tutti Frutti.

9.

Now cover it. And keep it for set in the freeze for 8hours or for over night.

10.

After over night , scoop the ice cream out with an ice cream scoop.and serve mango ice cream 🍨.
