GRILLED BANGUS
Have a blessed Sunday to everyone! Early in this morning we went to market to buy food for our breakfast . we bought bangus 2 pcs 200 pesos we supposed to cook tinola but my husband change his mind and we just grilled it the bangus.
PROCEDURE:
FIRST
I wash the fish then I remove the intestine inside the fish then i wash it again..
SECOND
I marinated the fish with soy sauce and vinegar then small mount of salt and seasoning.
THIRD:
I grilled the bangus side by side wait until cook.
then done ready to serve. ..
