It's been a while that I wrote something again but I am active by reading others post. Now that I captured an event in my life, let me share it to you.

Carenderia in the Philippines, a small-time fast food business usually found side street. It is made by a simple construction materials and not that classy as the restaurants. The most wonderful thing about Carenderia is that food seems that you're at home or "the lutong-bahay"foods.

Today, let me show you what' inside the Carenderia. **The product set-up **. It displays the big cooking casserole like a buffet so the customer will just choose. A customer will also choose to take-out or dine-in.

I am driving under the heat of the sun. I feel hungry. I decided to stop by and it. So this is their dining area. They use plastic tables and a plastic chairs (seems long lasting).

My order. I ordered my favorite dish,beef soup. It cost P50.00 Philippine peso per serving with 2 plates of rice cost P 20.00 and a buko juice for P15.00 peso. A lunch bill of P85.00 or approximately 2$.

Beef soup is good for the health such as good in sleeping habit, digestive tract and even good in restoring damage hair, nails and skin. There's more, just see google for more health benefits. Why is this my favorite? Because it helps nerve functions so I can focus more on my work and daily tasks.
