It has been a long and good day. I am ready to sleep at this time but before that, I would like to share to this community what are the foods I eat today.
We have different works in a day. We need to consume foods that will give us energy to do work. As for me, I work at school as a public school teacher, so here's how I gained my energy through this foods.
BREAKFAST
I have a hot cup of milk with chopsuey meal. Chopsuey is a vegetable mix with ground pork. I accompanied it with a little rice for my carbohydrate diet. There is also a budbud- a dessert wrapped with banana leaf.
LUNCH
I go out for a lunch. I am looking something good in my tongue. I went to a fastfood and order this meal- burger steak with fries. I separately ordered an avocado shake outside the store.
DINNER
Soup is good at night. My mother cooked a misua soap with sardines for dinner. I have 2 pieces of pork siomai with the misua soup. I accompanied it with warm water to digest my food.
How Did I Take this Meals?
Always remember, pray first and let God bless the food before we eat. Then always have a clean hand when eating. Chew lightly and get enough food for the day's meals. Always have a liquid on the side, it might be a water or a juice.
