Hi this is my first time posting here, better yet, this is my first time in this platform. I am a foodie and enjoy discovering new food places here in our city. This is a picture of my most priced kimchi fried rice with fried egg and then there's pancit canton and tune with egg . I used to make this a lot when I was a prisoner of our company's campus due to the pandemic. With a very limited food choices since we couldn't go outside at all and food delivery is limited to only known fast food restaurants, I had to be creative and make my own. My friends always enjoyed the food I cooked for them and this kimchi fried rice never fails. I tried to recreate this now that restrictions are quite low but I really couldn't. I really do not know why, is it the kimchi that I use? the rice? the tasters? So, I do not make it anymore. I hope you enjoyed my small talk!
