*Yam🥔
*red oil(palm oil)
*crayfish
*fresh pepper 🌶
*water
*fresh tomatoes 🍅
*Garlic
*Onions and salt
*scent leaf (nchuanwu) .

PREPARATION

(i) wash and peal your yam,
Slice it into tiny pieces based on the choice of size you want.
Keep aside and continue with other preparation.

NOTE: make sure they are inside water, to avoid discoloration from white to brown.

(II) wash the tomatoes 🍅
Slice in pieces together with the fresh pepper 🌶 all in one dish, to avoid extra work.

(III) blend your crayfish
make sure the crayfish is enough.
keep aside.

(iv) wash and slice onions together with the garlic in one dish.

(v) Now get your scent leaf ready by wash and cutting it into tiny pieces.

OK now let's ADD TOGETHER

Get your pot and palm oil ready,
Steam the oil a little bit 30 seconds is okay.
add (Iv) allow to steam for about 30 seconds stire, then you add (II) to it. cover your pot allow to steam for the next 60 seconds.
Now you can add (III) stire the pot very well. add water depends on the size of the yam you are cooking.
Last but not the least, add the yam, cover your pot allow to steam for about 5 minutes before adding your scent leaf.
I didn't you any seasoning on mine.
So if you wish to add any seasoning to yours, it's your choice.
