I am Jyoti from India I love cooking, I like to prepare a variety of foods. Here I'm going to present today's food diary.
Morning.
Every day morning I like to cook some different foods, last night I prepared Idli batter for today's foods with soaked rice, and black gram. I took the batter and made idlis, made sambar with lentil grams, and made a chutney with coconut peanut and tomatoes.
After having breakfast, I took some dry green peas soaked them in a bowl of water for evening snacks.
Afternoon.
In the afternoon I have prepared rice, a gravy with green grams, potatoes we had lunch with rice, gravy curd, and mornings leftover chutney which I kept in the fridge.
Evening.
In the evening I took the soaked green peas to boil them for 20 minutes, after boiling fried them with onions, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilies, and oil. Added coconut for more taste. Then served my family as evening snacks.
For Dinner, I have prepared Dosa with the same idli batter which I kept in the refrigerator, and gravy with millets and mung daal.
