Here I would like to share with you today's food diary in this post, hope you like them.
Morning.
I have prepared "Chapatis, Graangram gravy, and rasam with ingredients of wheat flour, green gram, potato for the breakfast. We always have heavy metals in the breakfast due to do har work.

Afternoon.
For the lunch, I have prepared rice, fish fries, and rehat the morning made gravy and rasam for the side dishes. After that, I cook d cassava tubers and fry them with onion, oil, and green chilies.
Evening.
In the evening my husband bought a plum cake when he was back home, and we had the cake as evening snacks, later I prepared Dosas and sambar for the dinner.
