The recipe of mix veg...

Hello steemians,
Today i will be showing few steps i used to prepare mix veg
It’s usually flavored with ,pea, chilies, carrots, paneer,brinjal,onions,tomatoes,capsicum,potatoes and soyabeen.
By the way thanks for your dedicated time as you read through this article.
The recipe used
•potato
•some potatoes
•peas
•capsicum
•tomatoe
•onion
•carrots
•green chilli
•salt (add to your desired taste)

The above listed recipes are what i used to prepare my delicious mix veg.
Some quantity of soyabeen
Soak the soyabeen for 20-25 min.

Mix veg is made by cooking a mixture of vegetables together in a traditional Indian onion-tomato gravy. The dish is characterized by multiple flavors due to the addition of many vegetables which also makes it quite nutritious.

Mixed veg is served in almost all Indian restaurants. The restaurant version of this dish is slightly heavy and creamy. But you can also make a light, colorful and healthy mix veg at home with minimal spices.
Now after 20-25 min you can fried the soyabeen

This is sliced fresh tomatoes and onions

Paneer...

Carrot,capsicum,green chilli,peas,brinjal...
After that i put my sliced onion inside the hot oil

I fried the onions for some seconds them i stir continuously until as setisfied with it them i add my sliced tomatoes allow to boil out some water i cooked it for about 10 minutes

After some minutes I added my spices

After some minutes I poured my vegetables stair themand together iis allowed it for some time.

After some time my mix veg is ready to Surve...
