Good day food lovers.
Another day had passed, another meal I am going to share to you.
We must put in our mind, in order for us to have energy we need to eat our meal. We should not skip any meal to avoid any untoward incident.
✨MY BREAKFAST✨
"Breakfast" is said to be "breaking the fast". From the long hour of not eating, we need not to skip it.
So for my breakfast, I had egg, ham, banana and a coffee. A coffee/milk/tea every morning is always there whenever I had my breakfast. I really love sipping hot drinks and wanted to feel it flowing inside my stomach. My breakfast would not be complete without it.
✨MY LUNCH✨
My apology, I almost forgot to take a picture on my lunch. Good thing, when I was about to finish eating I remember it. Hahaha...
So, for my lunch, I had "ginaling" or the ground meat, hotdog, banana and a green tea. I seldom drink hot drink during lunch time. But this time I drink because I was able to eat late and I already feel shaking.
✨MY AFTERNOON SNACK✨
Since, my husband had something important to finish in somewhere, so me and my daughter decided to go to my mom's house.
And I made this "Salvaro-My Version". Soon, I am going to reveal how I made it. And I tell you, it is so delicious.
✨MY DINNER✨
For my dinner, I had this healthy vegetable soup made by my father since I visited their house. And I really miss papa's cooking style. So, I was able to eat more.
