Here is my food diary, Hope all of you like it.
Morning:-
For today breakfast needs I prepare Onion Dosa with Sambar.
On using leftover dosa batter I prepare this Onion dosa. Due to sour batter, it gives some different and tasty taste to the dish. So we all enjoyed it a lot.
Afternoon:-
For Today lunch needs I prepare broad beans poriyal, radish sambar, rasam, curd and rice.
Before preparing sambar with radish, must fry those until the evaporating raw smell of radish. Otherwise, it does not give a good taste to the dish.
Evening:-
In the evening I prepare coffee for my family. Along with peas Sundal as snacks.
Now slowly Peas season started, so available for less price. Not wish to waste those. That's why prepare a simple sundal using peas. Today I prepare without adding additional masalas, so kids love it.
Dinner:-
For Dinner needs, I prepare chapati with subji.
