18lb Turkey on my Pitboss AustinXL pellet grill

Cooked this 18lb Turkey today on my pellet grill.It was Brined for approx. 24hrs, then seasoned to taste and finally cooked at 300 deg for approx. 4hrs(until internal temp was at 165 deg.). Turned out so juicy and good, if you haven’t tried it you need to.You won’t cook another in a oven or deep fry it!
