I greet you all my special friends, how is everyone doing? I hope well.
Well today once again I'm sharing my food diary with you all hoping that you will enjoy it.
I'm going to show you all the different meals I enjoyed today starting from my breakfast...
Breakfast
For breakfast, we prepared Porridge beans.
The meal was very delicious and I had learnt how to prepare it from my aunt who always cooks it for us. Sometimes we combine it with the ripe plantain but since there was no plantain available at home I cooked it without it and we all enjoyed the taste too.
Lunch
It was time for lunch and my aunt made us the local Okro soup and dried cassava swallow.
She served it to everyone and we enjoyed it so much.
Dinner
We chose to eat just the mixed cereals for our dinner.
After mixing the flour with cold water, I poured in the hot water and put it on has to thicken. After it was done I added sugar and served it to everyone in the house for dinner.
