Hello dear food lovers in steemit. I am so delighted to participate in this contest organized by @steemitfoods. It's really a great one.
In Nigeria indomie is the most delicious and widely cooked noodle. It is appreciated for its great taste and rich amount of flavour and aroma.
Indomie is also the most desired food for kids in Nigeria. We often hear people refer to the kids as Indomie generation
Though we rarely cook this at home but it is the most affordable and instant meal. A pack of indomie can be bought at the price of 0.5 steem depending on the brand.

indomie brand | Items | amount |
|---|---|
| Indomie Noodles | 200g |
| Carrot | 1 cup diced |
| Onions | 1 medium sized chopped |
| Green beans | 1/2 chopped |
| Noodle follow-come spices | 2 satchet |
| Water | 2 cups |
Procedure
- Dice green beans, Carrot, onions, pepper and set aside.
- put the equipment(pot) on heat and add 2 cups of water and allow to heat.
- Boil eggs in a separate pot and deshell
- Combine noodles, carrot, green beans and onions in the pot of boiling water and allow to cooking for 3 minutes.
- Add follow-come spices and allow for a minute.
- Stir together in the pot and serve with deshelled eggs.
