Streetfoods somehow is part of our food cravings. Here in the Philippines there are lot of street foods available in the streets. I am sharing you now one of the popular street food in town the Mr. Liempo.
This lechon house is most popular in my place. They served only these two kind of dishes a delicious cooked chicken lechon and pork liempo. In order to supply the demand of their customers, they opened two branches in our municipality which is located at the center of our town and easy access to customers. Also they have branches in other neighboring towns.
The cooking area.
They used charcoal made of wood for cooking the chicken lechon and pork liempo. There is a machine that helps to rotate the steel stick that skewered the chicken and pork.
On the lower part is the cooking process area and on top of it or in the 2nd level are the cooked chicken lechon and pork liempo so it is assured that your order are newly cooked and still hot when served.
The price of their menu or dish. Chicken lechon per whole chicken at P190.00 each or $3.8 and pork liempo at P210.00 each or $4.2 and good for 4 persons. The price is right and affordable.
They served orders on take out basis only.
I bought 1 whole chicken lechon my family's favorite. It's so yummylicious.
I always recommend this street food vendor to my friend's and neighbors who are craving for liempo and chicken lechon .
