Hello again friends, how is everything going? To those photography lovers in Steemit, I wanted to share with you this nice experience and results of this work, since it was one of the first times I worked with food in my beginnings as a photographer, in a way that I could say, "professional", I am a food lover, I like gastronomy, so one of my goals as a photography lover is also to make food photography works, in the most professional way possible, so one of my goals as a lover of photography is also to make gastronomic photography works, in the most professional way possible, I hope you like these results, they are all made in a place that no longer exists but at the time was very popular with live music, "Le Music", I hope someday it will be reborn, while I will remember these photos with great affection.
As it was my first time, I had to look for some references and advice from some more professional photographers, although I had already seen workshops on the subject and read books, even for more professional results with lighting and studio equipment.
The problem with these photographs is that you can't do them all alone, I had an assistant, who knows about cooking and you have to know how a dish should look, how it should be ordered, is something that a photographer himself doesn't know, unless he has studied the subject of cooking and gastronomic photography. What I was looking for was more presentation to be able to sell an edible product, and to have very good results, I didn't have good equipment for the occasion, sometimes you have to improvise and work with what you have at hand!
Normally with this type of photography you have to use large aperture lenses to get details depending on the dish or food, so we capture the most attention of the viewer at the point we want to see, also generate enough sharpness, better detail those little things of the dishes, but always vary, general shot, a detail shot and another as a complement, usually more closed with a more closed diaphragm so that the point is not too small, the focus point!
It was a nice experience, I would have liked to be able to continue capturing more, but well there are limits, I have been looking for some local chef to create more haute cuisine shots, dishes, those photos are coming soon, and I will share them over here, for now I hope, you liked these shots, they are not the best, but they are not so bad either right?, see you soon with more photos, I love you
Thanks for giving me your little time to visit my post for the day....
