MY TODAY'S RECIPE: MASHED BANANA

Hello steemfoods friends. I hope you're doing great.

Today, I am going to share to you my recipe. My "MASHED BANANA or SAGING NILUSAK in Bisaya. Saging Nilusak is a native filipino snacks especially for us bisaya which is the Saging Saba is the main ingredient.

This is how I prepared my recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

2 kilos unripe banana (saba)
1 whole coconut
Margarine
Brown sugar

PROCEDURE:

• Boil the unripe banana.
  

• Peel the banana.
  
  

• Grate the coconut.
  

• Mash the banana using pestle and mortar.
  

• Add the brown sugar and grated coconut and mash together with the banana.
  

• Add margarine.
  
  
  Repeat the process until you run out of banana

• Mold the mixture (in any form you want)
  
  

• Lastly, spread grated coconut on top of molded mixture.

• And... Serve!
