Here I am again sharing my dishes that prepared for todays meal. And as for my entry for Food Diary here in #steemfoods.
Breakfast
When I woke up I did my morning chores. I fed my chickens and cook rice. I asked my wife what food to prepare. And she just said "I don't know". Actually planning what food or viand to prepare every meal is our daily problem. What we did is that we only bought beef loaf and cooked it. This was my breakfast meal, beef loaf and plain rice.
Lunch
What I had for lunch was only pork giniling that we bought at the carenderia, a left over beef loaf from breakfast, fermented anchovies and plain rice.
Snacks
Actually, today is my daughter's birthday. We did not promised her to have an elegant celebration but we told her that we will buy her favorite J.Co donut. So we did, and she was very happy. We bought J.Co donut for snacks.
Dinner
We are surprised because at 4:30 this afternoon my sisters came and they brought many foods. They said that was their surprise visit and celebration for my daughter. We were not expecting it. Because we thought that we only have a very simple celebration for her and that was buying her favorite. Many thanks to my sisters they made their niece' special day memorable.
They brought hotdog, chicken intestine, and chicken feet barbecue and tteokbokki. And I cooked native chicken tinola.
Actually they also brought birthday cake and pancit bihon but because I was so being impatient that I can't wait to take pictures of the foods, I never thought that there were still foods I was not able to include. But its okay because what I took was too much.
