HOLA AMIGOS DE STEEMFOODS

Quiero participar en el concurso propuesto por @alikoc07 en el que debemos preparar una receta deliciosa en honor al 1er aniversario del establecimiento de la Comunidad SteemFoods el cual se cumplió el pasado 20 de septiembre de 2021, acá les dejo el link para que se animen a participar!

TORTA DE AUYAMA PARA UN ANIVERSARIO ESPECIAL!

Es impresionante mirar hacia atrás y darse cuenta del crecimiento tan significativo que ha tenido la comunidad, y que poco a poco se han ido sumando más y más steemians a la familia #Steemfoods! Hoy me siento feliz de poder pertenecer A esta familia Porque realmente me siento cómoda y satisfecha de la reciprocidad. Espero continuemos juntos y sean muchos años más!

Ahora sí, sin más preámbulos a continuación les mostraré como preparar esta torta fácil y sencilla , y con muy pocos ingredientes cuyo ingrediente principal la auyama.!

INGREDIENTES

  • 4 huevos.
  • 1½ tazas de azucar.
  • 2 tazas de harina de trigo leudante.
  • 1 taza de leche líquida.
  • 3 cucharadas de mantequilla.
  • 250 gr de auyama.

PREPARACIÓN

PASO A PASO

1. Lo primero que debemos realizar es sancochar o coser la auyama.

1.1. retiramos las semillas.

1.2. Colocamos una olla con agua en la estufa y añadimos la auyama hasta que ésta esté floja.

2. Tomamos un bol y una paleta, para comenzar a preparar la torta.
3. Añadimos 3 cucharadas de mantequilla.

4. Agregamos 1½ de azúcar y comenzamos a batir.

5. Agregamos 1 huevo y continuamos batiendo.

6 . Ahora agregaremos las dos tazas de harina leudante y batimos.

7. Agregamos los 3 huevos restantes.

8. Añadimos la taza de leche líquida.

9. Ahora tomaremos la auyama y sacaremos con una cuchara su pulpa, triturando la hasta obtener una crema.

10. Finalmente la agregaremos a la mezcla principal, batimos y así estara lista nuestra mezcla.

Ahora bien, tomamos la tortera y agregamos mantequilla y harina así enharinamos para evitar que se peque nuestra torta.

Agregamos la mezcla en la tortera y llevamos al horno por aproximadamente 40 minutos.

Retiramos del horno y desmontamos!

DECORADO

Colocamos en un bol las claras del huevo y con la ayuda de una batidora empezamos a batir hasta que éste esté en punto de nieve.

Añadimos colorante natural y empezamos con la decoración.
