Sweet Potato Fries - Simple and Easy to Cook

How are you all? I hope you are all well and safe. Few days ago, a friend of mine gave us raw sweet potatoes. Maybe they have a lot of it so they shared some to our family. I am grateful!

I was thinking what to do with the sweet potatoes then I thought why not make it into sweet potato fries. Simple to prepare and I will only need cooking oil for frying. So timely, my children were asking for something to eat.

So here is how I prepared it.

Ingredients:

Sweet Potatoes
Cooking Oil

Raw sweet potato.

Procedures:

1.First peel the potatoes then slice into strips like the shape of fries. The sweet potato is purple in variety. Not the usual one.

Peeled and sliced sweet potatoes.

2.Heat pan with the cooking oil.
3.Fry the Sweet Potatoes until cook.

Frying the sweet potatoes.

4.Now it is ready to eat!

Our children like the fries. Not the usual store bought one but homemade. Cooked with love and effort.

If you have available sweet potatoes at home, you might want to try this. Very easy to prepare and cook.
