Responsible men and ladies,this is Milly Gabby from Makerere University business school Nakawa Uganda based in Kyotela district Central Uganda Today I have come to talk about the importance and the benefits why a person could have eaten a pumpkin at least twice in aweek.Apumpkin has so many uses starting from it's plant as your going to see below.
The plant has so many uses first ,incas e when you plant it in your plantation like banana plantation it grows around your plantation and it prevents glass from growing through it.
Secondly,the leaves also has an important that they can work as source or greens during your meals in such away that you cut off or pick off the young leaves and wash them very well, remove the upper skin and cut into Peace's just get it ready for cooking either by using cooking oil or not on your food as a desert.These are so rich in proteins and vitamin A which is so important to your health
Another use is the pumpkin it'sself.It stimulates one's immunity and it is strong in vitamin A .
U can cook it on top of your food for eating or in aseperate source pan.
Also the seeds has a great importance in our health .They are cooking through frying them and eating them like corns.They are so important in the eye sight and decrease the chances of getting diabates.
So guys try it and your health with improve and gain a balanced diety.
