The importance of eating fruits .

Hello steemist,
Good afternoon beatiful women and handsome men of steemit ,this Milly Gabby from Makerere University Business School Nakawa Kampala Uganda based in kyotela district in central Uganda.Today I have come to talk about the importance of eating fruits especially today am going to talk about the importance of eating asugarcane and jackfruit as shown below.

Up is a jack fruit and down is a plantation of a sugarcane

    First,letepeople  about  a jackfruit.Most people in town do not take it as  a great importance of eating a jackfruit at least once in a while .It was only left for people in the down town yet even most of them just eat it for the sake of eating without knowing it's health benefits .But today am going to show you the importance of eating one.

First of all a jackfruit becomes sweet when it ripens very well for eating and it's not healthy to eat the un riped jackfruit because it may cause warms in your stomach.

First ,it's rich in proteins,magnesium,aluminium and so many other nutrients it helps to prevent diseases like diabets,ulcers and conticipation .
Secondary ,let me talk about the portance of eating asugarcane as shown,first sugarcanes are rich in potassium,calicium,ion,proteims and so many others.

Sugarcanes being that they are rich in so many nutrients ,they help in preventing high sugar levels in the body,dental decay,it prevents aging,it helps in promoting weight loss and it also prevents dehydration.Therefore,conclusively I there by say that whatever you are try to at least plant asingle sugarcane or ajackfruit tree for abetter health may God bless you all.
