I was bored on sharing recipes. So I decided to try something new. I had an idea on sharing a food blog. Two days ago I did a journey for trying out our country's best yogurt and sweet "Rosho Malai". Today I will share with you guys.
The journey day:
We were on this plan few days ago. We decided to leave our home at 6:30 am. I woke up at 6:00 am. It was a bit hard for me to wake up at this early because I'm not used to it. I freshen up and got ready.
I went out from house. There was already one was waiting outside. I joined with him. We called others. Few minutes later everyone came. We reserved a vehicle.
We got up in the vehicle and went for the railway station. After 15 minutes later we reached to the railway station. The train was already reached to the station.
We payed the fare to the driver then we started walking towards the railway station. The station was crowded.
We started searching for our cabin. Our cabin number was "B". We walked towards the end of the train but there was a misleading of our cabin number.
They didn't corrected the cabin number. So we had to go back where we started. We found our cabin. We got up in our cabin. We took our seats. Few minutes later at 7:15 am the train the train started moving.
At 9:30 am we reached at Cownia railway station. They will change the train engine. We got some for taking rest. We got down from the train.
We had tea together. We passed some good time then again got up in the train. Everything was going welk but suddenly the engine got ruined. This makes the train a lot delayed. This wasted our lot of time.
Because of that we had to cancel our Gaibandha's plan. At 1:30 pm we reached to the Bogra railway station. After a long time we reached our destination. I was exited.
We got down from train. Then we walked out side from the station. We were planning to go to a hotel first. We took a vehicle and went to a hotel. There we got freshen up. Then we ordered lunch.
We ordered "Cacchi biryani". Cacchi biryani is made with rice, mutton and a lot of spices. If you need recipe you can check my post Delicious Biryani Recipe.
After 15 minutes later they surved us Cacchi biryan. There was 1 boiled egg, 2 pieces of potato and 1 medium piece of mutton. I will give this biryani 7/10 rating. The biryani taste's good. Everything well balanced. The spices were nicely mixed. But the problem is I didn't like the mutton piece. There was only bone. I hardly found flesh.
After that we had a drink which name is borhani. Which wasn't that good. We took some rest then we payed the bill. The bill wasn't that costly. It was 1600 tk (200$) for 5 people. Then came out.
Now it was time for our main purpose. We started walking for one of the famous sweet shop in Bogra. The shop name is "Akbaria". They sell both Yogurt and sweets.
We bought one for each person. Then we went for another famous shop named "Asiar Doi". This shop is also famous for their delicious yogurt. We did the same for this shop.
The yogurt test awesome as we heard before. When the yogurt reaches in your mouth you will fill like you are in heaven. I can't describe how delicious it was. We bought some yogurt for home. Each bowl of yogurt cost 220Bdt (2$).
It was our time to leave. Bogra is a nice city. It's very beautiful. The people who leaves here are very humble. We went to the railway station at 5:30 pm.
We bought tickets for the train. We were very tired. We thought of having tea. We chatted with each other. After 30 minute later the train arrived at the station. We got up in the train. At 8:30 pm we reached home. It was a memorable journey.
