I hereby present my 2nd report of the African steemfoods community users for the last two weeks ending 25th August, 2021. The number of active users in the community drastically increased since the past 2 weeks.

REVIEW OF ACTIVITIES FOR THE PERIOD UNDER CONSIDERATION

• In total, 47 posts were made since last 2 weeks by the African Steemfoods users. This also shows the total number of active posters for the period under review

• There is an increase in the number of identified users. From my last report, we were 43 but now 58 users. I hope and believe that more users will still be identified.

JOIN US IF YOU ARE AN AFRICAN STEEMFOODS COMMUNITY USER

i. Chat with us in our telegram group

ii. Drop your username, country and the amount of delegation if any in this our telegram group for Usernames

iii. Drop your post links in our post promotion link group now in telegram no longer in WhatsApp group. African SF post links. Dropping your posts links there will help foster engagements as users make comments on other people's post before they drop theirs. It will also enable me and the community founder, @alicok07 to see the post quickly.

GUIDE TO ALL WHO WISH TO ALL AFRICAN NEWBIES

To all the African steemians who will like to identify with us, please, bear the following in mind

• You have to first complete your Achievement 1 in the newcomers community and be verified before joining us.

• Once you subscribe to steemfoods community, the first thing to do is to get the verification badge ✅. But how? Simply get a plain sheet of paper, boldly write your username, date, steemfoods on it, take a picture with it and upload under the verification post. Currently, the verification post where you need to upload your verification picture is steemfoods community user verification continues. You can mention me so that I can quickly verify you. After that, you can now be eligible to make publications.

CHALLENGES FACED BY THE AFRICAN STEEMFOODS USERS

• The economic situation of our region is so bad that most times, we can't afford to provide all that is needed to participate in a contest. But we are doing our best. I am happy that the last 2 contests about Omlette recipe and Indomie nodles recipe were very easy and affordable and most African users participated. We hope that such will continue.

• Most of the African users complain that their posts are not being recognized in the community. To attend to this, I created a group in telegram where the founder,@alikoc07 is present so that when we drop posts links, he can see it quickly and with this, most of our posts are attended to. O this note, I will encourage all who makes publications to drop their post links so that it can easily be seen

CONCLUSION

From the report above, I have been able to tell about the total number of African steemians, active/inactive, the delegation made and the accompanying badges. I have also given newbies some tips that will guide them. Thank you all for your continues support.
