Authentic Kung Pao chicken

Hello everyone.I'm Nicholas.Today,I will teach you how to cook Kung Pao chicken!

1:Prepare boneless chicken legs .(Chicken breast is also feasible).Sliced ginger ,Cooking wine,Raw soy sauce,salt,Starch,Cooking oil,Stir evenly.(Please refer to this)

2.peanut ,chili,Cut green onions,Szechuan peppercorn.

3.Mix a Kung Pao chicken sauce:
2teaspoons soy sauce, 2teaspoons vinegar, 1teaspoons Sugar, A little salt, 1teaspoons starch,A little water,Stir evenly and set aside.

4.Put oil in a hot pot,Put Sichuanese peppercorn when the temperature comes up(Fry the fragrance and throw it away). Then deep-fry the chili and fish it out and set it aside.

5.Put the chicken in the pan and stir-fry,After the meat changer color,add Kung Pao chicken sauce and chili,peanut and spring onions.
Continue to stir-fry evenly untile the juice thickens and it is finished.
