Hello steemians, hope everyone is doing well. I just want to share my creation for today, one of my favorite food which is the Filipino style spaghetti. I made it more healthy by adding the ground pork with carrots and squash and ground it together. Now a day’s it is very important to cook healthy foods in order for our body to fight any viruses around us.
So this is how i prepare and cook my own version of Filipino Style Spaghetti.
First prepare boiling water add oil and salt, boil your spaghetti noodles or about 8 minutes (al dente) after Wash it with running water.set aside and cook he sauce..
Ingredients;
Garlic,onion,bell pepper, spag.sauce ,all purpose cream and cheese.
Ground pork with carrots and squash
Hotdog
Heat a pan sauté garlic, onion and add ground pork with carrots and squash add salt and pepper powder to taste.and add bell pepper simmer for 5-8 minutes. Add hotdog let it cook for about 3 mins.
Add spag. sauce (can also add 1cub of ketchup) stir well.
Put the all purpose cream and cheese.stir for 2 mins and done.
