Hello fellow steemians, Today I just want to share to you my simple recipe which is Stir Fried Long Beans, It is affordable and a healthy vegetable.
Here are the ingredients ;
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 tomato
1/4 ground pork (I just use spare ground pork
Squash and carrots)
1/2 kl. long Beans
1tbsp vinegar
2tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp oyster sauce
Salt and pepper t taste
Procedure;
In a pan put 2 tbsp of oil
Sauté garlic, onion, & tomato
Put the ground pork stir, let it cook for 3 minutes
after put the slice long beans(I like to slice it into small pieces)
Sauté beans put the vinegar, soy sauce, & oyster sauce, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
SERVE IT HOT..
