Hello steemians..how are you..I will cook simple pork menudo.

Ingriedient:

2tbsp.vegetable cooking oil.
3 gloves garlic
1 pc.onion
2pcs.carrots
2pcs.potato
10pc.oyster sauce
150g.tomato sauce
1pc.magic sarap
Pepper (optional)
Salt
3/4 kilo pork menudo cut

Procedure:
Heat the fan in 3minutes and put the vegetable oil.

Vegetable oil is heat..put sliced garlic and sliced onion.

Then add pork menudo cut.

After 3 minutes add oyster sauce then mix.

After 15 minutes add potato and carrots sliced in cube.

After mixing add magic sarap

Then add tomato sauce

Then mix and cover..after 15 minutes.the simple menudo recipe is cooked.

This is it..pork menudo is ready to serve.
