Fish is a good source of protein for the health of every human body. For the people of Indonesia, fish is a complement to the staple food.
Generally Indonesian people eat rice with fish, it is very rare to find people eating fish without rice. The nutrients contained in fish are the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. In addition, fish also has less saturated fat, high protein, vitamin D, calcium, iodine, and various nutrients important for health. Keep in mind, eating fish is good for eye health and brain development. Children are very good at eating fish for growth and development of their brains. In addition, fish can also be the main choice for pregnant women because of its good nutritional intake to help fetal development and pregnancy health. A healthy fetus is affected by the nutritional intake the fetus gets through its mother.
Generally grilled fish is eaten using soy sauce. I would like to take this opportunity to share with you a simple dish that I make and which is always a favorite of our family. This is my family's favorite fried fish side dish with soy sauce. But this time I will fry the fish instead of grilling it. This is an effective and fast method. Because I don't need to prepare charcoal to start grilling fish. This is a dish I often make myself at home when I'm lazy to play in the kitchen. I prepare everything myself for the preparation of dishes for the family.
Today I am very lazy to play in the kitchen, fortunately the only ingredients in my refrigerator are tuna. I took the initiative to fry and make soy sauce. So I will also share my recipe for those of you who want to feel a different sensation when consuming fish using soy sauce.
My preparation

- Sweet soy sauce
- Soy sauce
- Cayenne pepper
- Shallots
- Tomatoes
The first step I have to do is clean the fish, then add a little salt and lime juice so that it is not fishy and fresh. Wait about 2 minutes, then I prepare the oil for frying the fish. The fish is fried in a way that is not too hard so that it is tender when eaten with soy sauce.
Then I prepared shallots, bird's eye chilies and tomatoes. All ingredients are chopped. Especially for tomatoes, don't forget to remove the seeds and chop roughly. After that, the ingredients are cleaned and squeezed using a spoon. I do this so that the chilies, onions and tomatoes bruise easily and mix easily with the soy sauce. So that the flavors of the chilies, onions and tomatoes come out and combine.
After everything is crushed and well blended, add soy sauce and soy sauce, mix well. You can also use a few drops of lime juice to make it taste fresher. This is the simplest food menu in my opinion, the ingredients are easy to find in the kitchen area. Very good served with hot rice especially if it feels spicy.
