Homemade Ilish fish with white rice 💜💜

Good morning everyone.

I hope you are doing good. Today I have brought Ilish fish along with white rice. This is bengali's favourite dish. I don't know Bangladeshi like it or not but Kolkata's bengali love it. Here Ilish fish seasoned with just salt and turmeric, then fried in mustard oil until crunchy. It was crunchy :D and very delcious. I love this food. Have you ever tried this combination?
