This Quickest Dinner recipe saved my day | Cheers to Fried rice and Chicken Fry!

Sudden guests at my place! I was worried about what could I prepare for dinner. Unfortunately that day, there was not enough food on my fridge to save me. All of a sudden I thought, why not I prepare something that would be tasty, quick, and only needs a few ingredients!

So here is what I have prepared...

Egg fried rice with chicken fries.

This is a very basic recipe, so I'm not going into the details about what you need. Let me show you the process with some photos and I hope you also can make it easily at home.

Preparing the rice. Some potato slices, egg, all the spices, boiled rice, and Maggi masala. Quick and tasty!

Now, it's time for the chicken to go on the frier.

Here's the coating; rice flour, all-purpose flour, salt, and some mixed spice powder.

I gave the chicken an egg bath before putting it on the coating.

On the hot oil.

And it's done.

As I was saying, I was trying to prepare the dinner quickly. Because the guest was in a hurry, they did not want to have dinner but I could not let them go without having some food with us. After all, it's been a while they visited us.
