Beluga lentils are also known as caviar lentils, they are tiny, delicious with an intense black color, they do not need much cooking time, in just approximately 10 minutes we have them ready, to serve our dishes with a food full of many vitamins, minerals and fiber.
Chop the onion, chili peppers and paprika into small cubes.
Ingredients:
3 fresh eggs
Pre-cooked caviar lentils
¼ red paprika
¼ red onion
2 hot peppers
Lettuce
1 radish
Mayonnaise to taste
Mustard to taste
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Chop the onion, chili peppers and paprika into small cubes.
We boil the eggs from water at room temperature and let them cook for 10 minutes.
