A good breakfast helps us start the day with a lot of energy and joy. And what better way to start our day having breakfast some delicious carrot pancakes.

These pancakes are very easy and fast to prepare, they also provide us with a large amount of nutrients necessary for our body. With nothing more to say, I will start by showing the ingredients and then the preparation.

✨Wheat flour ➡ 1 cup.
✨Carrot ➡ 1 cup grated.
✨Sugar ➡ 2 tbsp.
✨Milk ➡ 1 cup.
✨Egg ➡ 1 unit.
✨Baking powder ➡ 1 tsp.
✨Vanilla ➡ 1 tsp.
✨Salt ➡ A pinch.
✨Cheese and butter ➡ For the filling.

Preparation.

  1. Add the milk, flour, sugar, carrot, egg, baking powder, vanilla and salt in the blender. We blend until we get a thick cream.

  2. We heat a pan, grease and add part of the mixture. we cook on both sides like any pancake.
