Morning
As usual, a tried to maintain my morning rituals, after doing a workout prepared a morning breakfast cucumber sandwich with sweet lemon(mausami). It was so yummy.

Afternoon
For lunch, I decided to make Suran root curry and chapati. I make it and had my lunch.

Evening
In the evening I make a glass of mango milkshake, It was so delicious. Loved it.

And finally, at night I make a few chapatis and finished dinner.

I can see your meals are healthy. The mago shake looks really appetizing. Is it only mango or did you add curd? I've seen you guys use curd for your shakes. We use a little milk.
