We all know how good food and nutrition play an important role in our healthy lifestyle. So on that note, I started my day with a nutritious breakfast protein shake and egg sandwich.

For lunch today I prepared bottle gourd veg and chapati. As I always prefer chapati for my meal.

And at last for dinner, I thought let's have some sweet and chapati. So I make Sevai kheer. It was so tasty. I enjoyed my dinner.
