Morning
Today after completing my workout I prepare my healthy breakfast Egg roll. And I had with Sopota milkshake. It was so yummy.

Afternoon
For the 2nd meal of the day I decided to make Gram and potato mixed curry and rice. Gram is so nutritious, a good source of protein.

Night
At night I prepare chapati and I had my dinner Chapati and curry with salad. It was so delicious.
