I hope you all are doing well. And welcome to this food diary game.
Morning
Today morning after doing the workout I prepared my healthy breakfast bread omelet and juice that's how started the day.

Afternoon
For the 2nd meal of the day I kept simple food Dal and rice with green veg. I cooked around 2:30 pm and had my lunch.
Lunch
Night
At night for dinner prepare a few chapati and veg. I had my dinner. It was so tasty. I enjoyed all the food.
