Hello, hello everyone,
Here I’m again with my healthy foods. So, it’s the 3rd day of my diet. I had a different kind of breakfast on that day and I never eat it before.
Let’s see what were the healthy foods that I had.
Breakfast 🥑🍳
Like I said before, it was the 3rd day of my diet. According to my diet, there are some options for breakfast. Past two days I had healthy smoothies.
But there is also an option eat one egg and half of avocado. So, I tried it. I made a spread from avocado by adding a little bit of salt and pepper. Then, I fried an egg.
Applied the spread on the slice of ragi bread and kept the egg on the avocado spread. Finally, I added some pieces of cheese too😅. Believe me, it was yummy.
Lunch 🍛
It was a simple lunch as always with healthy red rice. There were some curries were on my plate with red rice. They were dhal curry, little fishes, and cabbage leaves tempered.
It was the first time my husband tries cabbage leaves and he loved it in that way. But I’m a big fan of cabbage leaves. Sometimes I make it as a mallum.
Dinner 🍝
Yeah, it was a pasta night. Usually I make lots of pasta for dinner. But this time I made a little amount of pasta with some vegetables, chicken pieces, and fried egg.
Seasoned it only with salt and pepper. Finally, I added a little bit of soy sauce-honey mixed sauce to that.
Well, that was my another healthy food day. There were of course so healthy but also so delicious ☺️.
