Hello to all my dear foodie friends 🤗
Today, I had very yummy foods, but they all consisted of carbohydrates. Not a healthy food day.
Breakfast 🍠
Last week I brought some sweet potatoes. We usually eat them for our breakfast. So, I boiled those sweet potatoes with some salt.
While boiling those, I made a spicy coconut sambol to eat with that. This time I used so spicy chili kind and it caused to enhance the taste and smell of coconut sambol.
Lunch🍛
As always, rice and curries were for lunch. There was red rice with dual curry, fried capsicum - sparrow, coconut sambol, and fried egg. It was a perfect lunch, indeed.
Dessert 🍨
I had yogurt with honey. It's the best combination. I always love to eat yogurt with honey.
Dinner 🍛
There were some leftover curries from lunch. So, I cooked white rice to eat those. Actually, I don't like to eat rice for dinner too, but some days I cook curries for dinner as well.

Coconut sambol looks delicious; I'm sure it tasted amazing with the sweet potatoes. I am also fond of yogurt with a little honey; it's a very pleasant taste and the two textures make a delicious combination.
