Well, who would like to eat simple and healthy meals? Oh yeah, I’m! But I want to be my all meals yummy too😅.
BREAKFAST 🍳
I always search for simple and healthy recipes for my breakfast these days. There was one leftover avocado and some pomegranate. So I had those together.
Also, I made an omelet too and made it healthily. I added some spinach leaves and low-fat cheese for this omelet.
Well, that's how I started my day with this simple and healthy breakfast.
LUNCH 🍛
This time I made a chicken curry, dhal curry with Sarana leaves, and beans curry. Ah, of course, I made red rice too.
Here I added some Sarana leaves to my dhal curry. You may have not seen them before, so here is what Sarana leaves look like. This is specifically for my friend @marlyncabrera😊.
After having lunch, I had a cup of strawberry flavored low fat yogurt.
DINNER 🍜
I had a simple dinner that night. It was a chicken-egg soup. I made it in a creamy way and it was yummy. This is one of my favorite soups. I always like to have this kind of simple and light meal for dinner.

It is better having yogurt than any desert, strawberry flavored yogurt looking yummy

Indeed, my dear friend! Yogurt is the best for dessert, especially after having lunch. Yeah, this flavor is as yummy as it looks and there is a mixed flavor yogurt too and I like it too. Love it!
