You’re going to be everyone’s fave host when you serve these at your next dinner party or Christmas lunch!
I used to love picnic bars, snickers, mars bars and ice cream so I used my childhood treats as inspiration for this weekends party pops! They’re gluten free, dairy free, vegan and most importantly...SO simple to make!
1️⃣Cut bananas in half and insert a bamboo skewer in the centre
2️⃣Coat banana in natural crunchy peanut butter
3️⃣Roll peanut butter coated banana in buckwheat groats (this makes it crunchy!!)
4️⃣Melt vegan chocolate over a double boiler and coat the skewered banana in melted chocolate
5️⃣Place choc coated bananas on a tray lined with baking paper and crack a tiny bit of pink salt over the top
6️⃣Allow to set in the freezer for at least 3 hours or overnight. Allow to sit at room temperature for at least 5 minutes before serving!
I have sooo many variations of my banana pops and love to mix it up, but this crunchy peanut butter one is simply amazing
